No small task considering the chandelier hangs from a 20 ft ceiling and each strand is very delicate with numerous crystals that tangle easily. They even changed a burnt out bulb and reattached a loose strand. It looks as good as new! Quick to respond and schedule a date, the appointment took less time than anticipated. Highly recommend.“
