I popped by today with a request about interior fittings. This is not their area of expertise but Mark agreed to take a look. He was able to figure my issue in very short order. He and his front desk reception, Debbie, went above and beyond with their customer care. A rarity these days. I put a HUGE scratch in my jaguar...pretty upsetting and looked terrible. These guys did an absolutely amazing job, it looks brand new and you'd never know there was a scratch at all. They also walked me through every step of the process even though I don't know much about cars, took photos and showed me how everything worked, and even washed my car and detailed the inside without me asking. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They clearly have a ton of experience (I think Mark said he's been doing it for 47 years). The cost came out lower than I expected too, which was nice.
