Chen under promises and over delivers! For the price of 2 diagnostic tests quoted by a bigger mechanic shop in the area (just to figure out what was going on), his team had my car fixed and back on the road. Very thankful for an honest mechanic shop on the North Shore that is still capable yet caring.
I've dealt with mechanics for 30 years. Hong Chen is a top shelf, super honest mechanic. I can't say enough good things about him and the way he runs his business focusing on customer satisfaction. He has fantastic integrity and is a great human being. I feel blessed to have heard about him through word of mouth. A true diamond in the rough. Just bought my dream car and needed a reasonable place to service as the Manufacturer's service charges are ridiculous. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity Hong brings to the car business. He could have recommended services that I didn't need but his values and work were beyond what I was expecting. I will be telling my friends about him for sure and I now have a repair facility to go to for all future work.
