I've dealt with mechanics for 30 years. Hong Chen is a top shelf, super honest mechanic. I can't say enough good things about him and the way he runs his business focusing on customer satisfaction. He has fantastic integrity and is a great human being. I feel blessed to have heard about him through word of mouth. A true diamond in the rough. Just bought my dream car and needed a reasonable place to service as the Manufacturer's service charges are ridiculous. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity Hong brings to the car business. He could have recommended services that I didn't need but his values and work were beyond what I was expecting. I will be telling my friends about him for sure and I now have a repair facility to go to for all future work. The funny thing is, I've worked at an auto dealership for 18 years with a full service dept. but am choosing Hong.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
