Al was very prompt in responding to my message on their website. He setup time to inspect the fence panels which were about to fall off and were dislodged. He inspected the panels and was very patient in acknowledging the really good quality wood being used and pointed out the issues with the way the panels were secured. He said that it will take him 15 minutes to just fix the panels for now instead of doing a more involved fence repair project. He came by on another day and fixed the panels and was very gracious to not charge anything since it took him only a few minutes. (I'm not a customer) Capilano Fencing & Decking has been doing a renovation on a Strata collective in N.Van. My hat off to the foreman and crew who accomodated my mum with safe, temporary access to her door, who would come over to lend an arm whenever she would enter or leave the property, and who left her a gift of flowers. Top-notch installations (her word) and service.
