I've found this treatment to be more effective for me than registered massage therapy. There is a high level of flow and structure to the treatment. They get a lot done in a short amount of time. I honestly appreciate the no talking practice as well.
I have been twice. The massage is very different from RMT as it is the whole body. I found it profoundly relaxing and felt taller and much looser afterwards. I've also taken my Dad who is 75 and has scaitica, they were very careful with him and it helped a lot with the stiffness and pain. The staff are all lovely and it easy to get an appointment for the next day. Thank you!
