Honestly the best person for something so delicate and life lasting. Cher's amazing at what she does , from walking you through your sessions, making you feel welcome in her shop ,to the most calming meditation music ,you truly feel safe and comfortable. All your questions are answered and heard and I can not stress enough how much this woman is amazing at what she does. Someone who barely had any eyebrows and been wanting to commit to permanent eyebrows for 20 years, im beyond words happy I have found Cher and she has given me the eyebrows of my dream.
