Having suffered for the final half of my pregnancy with various back pain and insomnia, after one visit at 26 weeks and a weekly visit until the birth at 29 weeks, I was pain free and sleeping through the night. The final weeks of pregnancy were finally bearable and better than I had been feeling previous to those sessions with Jen. I can't recommend her treatment enough. It was a end of pregnancy game changer for me. Also had a quick, uncomplicated delivery at 29 weeks. Absolutely thrilled with Jen's kind and compassionate treatments. Wish I had seen her sooner.

I highly recommend Jen to everyone, especially if you’re pregnant. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable, calm and provides a wonderful experience. I always left treatments feeling both physically and mentally more relaxed and energized.I was referred to Jen by my midwife to help ease chronic back and hip pain from a couple accidents. I had pain that Physio and kinesiology eased but never got rid of, a couple visits with Jen eliminated the pain. Additionally, I happened to dislocate my shoulder twice and Jen helped reduce the pain from torn rotator cuffs and muscles.Jen is also very knowledgeable about pregnancy.
