What an amazing interaction at Al's. I actually got to talk with a knowledgeable human, Stepanie, and she was so helpful. After trying all our local "big" stores whose staff had no idea what to look for or suggest. Al's is a family owned and operated business that actually knows how to repair and service vacuums along with supplying replacement products. They sell SEBO vacuums, one of the best on the market and that will be my next purchase.
Al’s vaccum’s service was outstanding today. I needed help with an older part for my vaccum power head. The staff to took the time to to look through many boxes & found a part to fix my machine . This is the 3rd time I have received this type of outstanding service here . If you need as solution for your vaccum system this is the place to go .
I really value shops like Al's Vacuum that encourage people to repair rather than buy new! I had a very old vacuum that was seemingly on it's last leg. I was about to throw it out, but thought I would bring it into Al's to see what could be done. Their staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest! Now my machine is running like new, and I don't need to drop more money to get a new vac! I also got to learn about how to be a better vacuum owner :) Thank you!
