This was my third time trying sugaring, but my last session was about a year ago, so it still felt pretty new. This was my first time with Rachel and she made the whole experience very comfortable. She was professional, attentive, and checked in throughout.

I had a brow lamination done, and since my brows are naturally very light/blond and barely visible, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but Rachel did an absolutely amazing job. My brows now look natural, fuller, and beautifully defined while still staying soft and subtle. I’m so happy with the result!

I don’t usually leave reviews and I’m not being paid to say this, I’m just so thankful to have found a gem tucked away in New West. I’ve been sugaring (hair removal) consistently for about 8 years and I’ve been everywhere (all the hair removal places in Vancouver and beyond). I can confidently say Rachel is one of the best. She is extremely professional, thorough, and skilled. Her treatment room is spotlessly clean. Her technique makes for a more comfortable experience and you leave feeling smooth and hair free. Her rates are also totally reasonable. I go 5-weeks between appointments and haven’t picked up a razor in years. My skin is sensitive and I’ve been burned by waxing in the past. Or I would turn bright red. Sugaring is the answer and it’s worth going out of your way to book with Rachel.
