I contacted Royal T Plumbing through the Better Business Bureau website to obtain help with clearing a clogged bathtub drain. Matt, one of Royal T's partners, responded quickly and an appointment was set up.Matt attended promptly at the scheduled time and proceeded carefully and efficiently to fix the problem. He was pleasant and personable throughout. Before leaving, he made sure that everything was working properly, and he left the work area spotless.Based on my totally positive experience with Matt, I rate Royal very highly.
