Elizabeth has been fantastic! She really listened to me during the initial appointment and targeted my areas of pain. Since I've been receiving treatment, I no longer have constant pain in my back. She has great technique and a good amount of pressure without causing any discomfort. The room and environment is calm and relaxing as well. I would highly recommend her!

I was curious about using acupuncture for muscle pain in my hands and feet due to aging. Marcie listened to my issues and asked about my medications. The results have been very interesting.

We are an accessible location, located on the ground floor of a newly-renovated heritage building in downtown New West. Our treatment space is beautifully decorated and softly lit, with plush tables and a heated fleece covering. Our treatments involve the assessment of the soft tissues and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation. Our goal in treatments is to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain. We offer Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point & myofascial, joint mobilization, manual lymphatic drainage, sports injury treatment & remedial exercise, repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain, and more.
