Dr Allana Polo is a true consummate professional in every sense. I sought out her services for weight loss on her pound-a-day program. Under her program and supervision, I lost 45 lbs in 40 days. The results speak for themselves. I can truly say that she is not in this line of work for the money, as she genuinely cares about her patients. She's a compassionate and caring woman who wants nothing but the best for everyone. I highly recommend her services to everybody. I am very grateful for her support, and guidance. If you decide to see her and use her program, don't expect her to go easy on you. She will keep you in check! But the results will speak for themselves.

If I could give this centre zero stars, I would. After only one visit, I paid almost $1,000 in tests/labs... that was four months ago. I NEVER received word from them about my results nor a status update. I was ghosted; I had to follow up twice. This last time (month 4), they finally contacted the testing cenre to discover that they had nothing to process. Are you kidding me! They then had the nerve to seem annoyed that I was frustrated and wanted my money back, ignoring the request a couple of times. The WORST customer experience I have ever had with a wellness centre in my life.
