Never been to physio before coming here and I have to say Logan Peddie is amazing. Took his time to explain and show me each stretch, and he plays Ultimate so he knew exactly what I was doing to my knee. Thanks again for showing me all those awesome stretches, especially the 90-90!
I don’t normally leave reviews but after the experience I had here I felt like this needed to be said. I came in with a neck injury that lasted for months, constant severe headaches, throbbing pain, and some of the worst discomfort I’ve dealt with. It was affecting my day to day life in a real way. Jonathan Chu is the best Physiotherapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He offers techniques, wisdom and a whole body approach that makes me feel very well taken care of. I recently tried Dry Needling and it was so effective, I had the first good night's sleep in a very long time. I appreciate his expertise and level of care.
