Had a great experience with a retrofit of our old 25 year old gas fireplace for a new more efficient model. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable specifically with replacing old with new and the issues involved in ensuring an easy swap out. Installation team was great. Highly recommend them. This is a great company to deal with. We're not the first owners of our home, and it's gas fireplace was old and inefficient. We first called a gas company in our community who we knew had a good name, but they weren't taking on new clients so we asked if they could recommend anyone and that's when we learned about BC Fireplace. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and our new fireplace is wonderful - we're in a condo, and instead of either being freezing cold or boiling hot (as we were with our old unit), we're now warm and comfortable.
