I’ve been struggling with a severe concussion and Brooke was recommended to me by a professional athlete in our community. Over the past few weeks she has helped accelerate my healing process. She is intuitive, highly knowledgeable and kind. The space where she holds her practice is peaceful and inviting. I had a cranial session and it really helped calm my mind and be more in my heart! Words can never describe the shift as well as the beautiful feeling in my body today. I managed to have an intense muscle tension migraine on my travels to Nelson and feel incredibly fortunate to have booked an appointment with Brook upon arriving in town. Her hands and presence and setting melted away all of the pain tension leaving me feeling awesome and able to rest and carry out all of the fun things I had planned while I was in the Kooteney’s!
