I had the most relaxing massage in years with Mandy. She was cognizant of some recent injuries and I walked out of there feeling a million times better. I wish I had more time in town to go back, but I will definitely visit again on our next visit to Nelson!

Liz is fabulous!! Her studio has a wonderful welcoming and calm atmosphere, and her massages are wonderful! My whole family go to her and we always leave feeling so great
