F12 support staff were so amazing. It does not fully describe it. They were very patient, professional, and walked me through each step as they tried to work through the system issues. They would call and check back and continued to do so, until the issues were resolved. I am incredibly impressed, and recommend them to everyone.
In my 35 years of computer usage I have seen some "good" IT support and some "bad" IT support.The F12 team is simply THE BEST !Problems are SOLVED and they are solved QUICKLY !
