Tyrel was great. He was able to schedule a condo inspection within a few days of requesting his service. He completed a thorough walk-thru of the unit with me to highlight all deficiencies, and he provided remedies for all of them. He also provided his written report the same day. I will request his expertise in any future real estate transactions.
Tyrel conducted a thorough inspection of a property I was looking to buy. He found a great deal of issues I don't have the experience or eye for and led me to change my mind about the purchase. It was better to know than be surprised later! He's a good communicator and would enlist his services again in the future!
Tyrel was so completely thorough with his inspection of the home we were thinking of investing in. He then reviewed his results with us afterwards which made it all clear. Thanks for your great service.
