Monica at United Floors was incredibly helpful, organized and efficient. Her service was very customer oriented. All the contractors including Keith, Mike and others were very professional. The product provided is top of the line and certainly met our needs. I would highly recommend United Flooring.

Marty is a friendly, incredibly approachable and helpful salesman at United who got us great value for our laminate floors that needed to be replaced through insurance. He was helpful with the selection process, which is a hard choice to make, by allowing us to take many different samples home, and explaining the pros an cons of the different brands and product lines. He was always quick to answer emails, calls or texts. He also took care of communication between the remediation company and the installers, I never had to do anything. Marty did a great job helping us pick the carpet out in our renovation and Cam did a wonderful job getting everything installed in a timely manner. Thank you to you both for a great experience and we will be back in the near future for further renovations!
