None of my chargers were working in my phone, and charging it properly. I set an appointment, fully expecting that I would have to leave my phone and they would have to disassemble my phone to fix the charging port. Garret took one look at my phone and was able to pull out and a bunch of lint hidden deep in the port in 2 minutes. My phone is working great and he charged me nothing. Next time I need my phone fixed, a case, charging cable, or whatever, I'm going here
The battery on my trusty iPhone SE finally died as I was preparing for a business trip to Colorado. After trying several repair centres in the Cowichan Valley and not having any success, I called Mobile Klinik Mid Island , a real person answered the phone (instead of a machine voice) and they confirmed that they had a battery in-stock. After driving from Duncan, I arrived at the shop at 5:30 on Saturday. Zack took my phone and details and said they were busy but there was a slim possibility that it would be ready by closing time at 7:00. By 6:30, we received a call from Zack and we picked up the phone by 6:45.
