I watched the true north team work the last few days on my street.. lots of signs on people’s lawns. The team spent the whole afternoon working on my neighbours house. They seemed to flow and work well.. quiet, peaceful, efficient.
Today Chris came and introduced himself. I knew my roof needed to get the moss taken off but wasn’t sure how I could afford it. Chris was able to offer me different packages and add services in (like only doing certain parts of the roof that needed care and cleaning the gutters in places I couldn’t reach) to make the value worth it.
He took the time to explain the importance of the chemicals they use and the process they go through to make specific mixes for different roofs depending on what it needed.
He was friendly, personable, helpful and I’ll be calling him in 5 years when it’s time to treat our roof again

We bought our house a couple of years ago, and honestly, I thought we’d have to replace the roof—it looked so old and dirty. But it just needed a good clean! I didn’t even realize that roofs are something you should clean. Now it looks like it still has many years of life left in it.
They also cleaned the gutters on the outside and washed our windows. The whole house looks so much better now, like it’s been totally refreshed. Thank you again! You made such a big difference for us, and we’re really happy we found you. 🙌 Highly recommend!
