Enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at Pure Spa!Ashley's care and attention to my hands and feet was far and away my best experience in Nanaimo so far, and I have tried 5 salons.She is an expert at her trade, and just a lovely human as well.Thanks for my pretty nails!Five star!!

I had a wonderful visit to the spa, it's beautifully set up, the staff are engaging, friendly, and very talented. I saw Erin, and she is so talented! I left feeling blissful and relaxed. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Shout out to Britt for being the chillest esthetician ever! She always knows what my skin needs without me saying much. The spa itself is cozy, comfortable, and completely non-judgmental. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
