We had a water claim due to a hot water tank failure. Water damaged the floor in our basement that required the replacement of the entire floor. DKI was our insurer's choice, and we had an excellent experience with them. I would be happy to have them back in our home should we need a future issue resolved. Great people, great team!

I had a tree fall on my home causing extensive damage during the bomb cyclone in November. Fortunately the damage did not include the roof but many other structures were damaged. Doug and his professional crew were quick to respond and started clean up and repairs promptly. The repairs are now complete and everything has been returned to its original state. I am very grateful to Doug, Bill and their many tradesmen for their excellent repairs. Doug and Bill always responded quickly to emails and any of my concerns. I highly recommend this company.
