George is the sweetest guy. We've been using him for our rentals for probably the last 8 years. He is very professional and always does a good job. He will always try his best to provide excellent customer service. I think that the people that complain probably don't have appropriate expectations when it comes to stain removal. It isn't always possible. Not many people will level with you. He is a one man team and works incredibly hard. I've never been unhappy with his services.
