Sometimes you just go to a place and just feel so welcomed. I’ve been to many healthcare practitioners over the years, but I was blown away yesterday with my first experience at Pinpoint . First off I was greeted by Alex who is just so lovely and friendly. She clearly loves her job and made me feel very welcomed, and then I saw Dr. Kelly Robertson.. what an absolute gem and super professional, I felt very safe in her capable hands to get the hyaluronic acid injection for my knee. Hopefully I don’t need many repeat treatments But if I do, I look forward to going back there for sure.. In fact, I think I might move over there for my other Physio and stuff like that.... read full review

Shayne did a great job listening to my several challenges and addressing them within the timeframe of my first assessment. He's very personable and great with his work. I'm confident in my recovery. Highly recommended.

I received physiotherapy treatment from therapists Anna and Joe, both are exceptionally gifted. IMS was done and resulted in significant decrease in pain from my Jan 6th Car accident. I was also given extensive video exercises and a forward thinking treatment plan. I am receiving benefits from ICBC and Pinpoint has been amazing ensuring that the required reports to support reimbursements have been provided. Every aspect of this clinic is very professional and welcoming. Well deserved 5 STARS!!! Highly recommended.
