Chris Anderson is very knowledgeable and approachable, providing a thorough assessment and clear explanation of the issues and treatment options. The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering excellent communication. Many leave with renewed hope that their foot pain and mobility issues can be improved, getting them back on their feet.
While I was not sure what the outcome of the visit to Pacific Pedorthic, I was committed to finding relief for my foot problems. Fortunately I found Chris to be both affable and apparently well informed on how to deal with my foot problem.
Appointment was on time. Dr. Anderson took his time getting my history as well as with my exam. Explanations were clear and helpful. Sarah at the desk was very helpful and friendly.
My initial appointment with Dr. Anderson exceeded my expectations. I am both pleased and impressed with the level of knowledge, respect and kindness I received from the office administrator Sarah prior to my arrival. I received a warm and polite greeting by the lady at the desk and was seen by Dr. Anderson promptly thereafter. Thorough explanations were given throughout the assessment, and I was given a good idea of what to expect next.
Looking forward to my next visit for my first orthotics, my feet are in good hands
