I left a pair of slippers that had the stitching of the back come undone. They told me to come back the following Wednesday. Even though I came after 3 pm, she let me in to retrieve the slipper and make payment. They really went above and beyond in repairing the slipper. They ended up restitching the back but also reinforcing the sole to the back along with inserting some suede to the inside heel. They are literally better than new. They charged a very fair price for their hard work. Highly recommended!

I’d love to give him 5 stars but with terrible business hours and no way to contact them, the only way to contact them is with 2 feet and a heartbeat.He does great work. One of the last old school cobblers left

Very professional...very few true cobblers left. Communication definitely is lacking with no posted phone number, inaccurate hours on Google and no email... but that's the only concern
