When they came to my house for a quote, they found some shingles missing, they put tarp right away. They also said it’s free no matter if we use their service or not. They are customer focused and easy to communicate.
I requested a roof quote last year from several companies. Armen was quick to respond and let me know the roof would last for a couple more years and only issue need attention was a plumbing stack cover which he repaired at no charge. His price was very competitive. When he came this year to do the roof he held the price from last year. Work was done well and fast. Crew were very respectful as we had other work also at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend Armen and Nanaimo Roofing.
