I had an unexpected emergency and couldn’t make it to the bank. I went to Money Mart early in the morning, and they helped me right away. I was able to cash my cheque and exchange it into U.S. dollars the same day.
It was my first time there, and I didn’t realize they offer cheque cashing and other services as well. The staff members, Grapeslyn and her colleague Divya, were very kind and did their best to help me. I really appreciated their support — it was a huge relief during a stressful situation.
In emergencies, this place can be very helpful. Just keep in mind there are fees, but in my case, it was worth it to solve the problem quickly.
Very impressive and polite service! There was a line waiting for the 1 teller, out of the back came 2 more tellers to help clear the line! Tell me which Bank does that and I’ll change immediately.
Just went into Money Mart for the 1st time in 26 yrs. My experience was FANTASTIC. I was handled by a very professional and kind bit direct women named Summer. She was articulate with her steps, respectful a d understanding and most of all easygoing and kind. Felt complelled to send a review.
