Went into wood grove today to get my screen looked at as it started displaying colourful lines, I went into a few stores and kiosk to see what they could do for us, everywhere I went was telling me they could replace my screen but were all quoting high prices for a cheap screen. went to mobile snap and the man there was absolutely amazing, was cheaper than any other place we went to and gave us the best replacement screen and told us that it would be done in the hour. Walked past half hour later and it was already finished and the screen looks perfect. Will definitely go back if I ever have any phone troubles again:))

One of the best phone service I receive in customer service in Nanaimo. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my phone not being able to charge and he’s just simply clean it out and it start to work
