I had taken my freshly unresponsive ipad to see if they could get it going again. They were very polite, knowledgable and tried everything they could to get it to work. Unfortunately it was a lost cause. When asked what I owed them for trying they said no charge. Great service. Appreciate the effort.
My partner's Samsung Galaxy A14 Screen broke, we called into Mobile Klinik Mid Island Nanaimo in the morning, they had a replacement, installed in hours and the phone was ready to go same day. Best service and great pricing! Amazing service Thank you!
These folks are so knowledgeable and friendly They fixed my charge port for free. I’m going to get my next phone from them and they even sell plans with phones. So happy to have a great resource here in Nanaimo
