The Chaleys and their crew have been there for us through two renovations on our original home. An exterior renovation and a couple of years later, a kitchen reno. Then there was a basement flood and they redid the storm drains and repaired the interior damage.
Now that we have downsized they have done all of the necessary work to upgrade and renovate the kitchen and main bath. They took great care all the way through.
The kitchen needed gutted and the skylight replaced. The main room, a great room space is now painted and is beautiful and bright.

We worked with MJ Chahley Construction on a previous renovation so we contacted them to work on the renovation of our recently purchased home. We can't say enough good things about our experience with them. Their staff and subtrades were very efficient and professional. Mike and Lavona were very good at keeping everyone on schedule and ensuring that the site was kept clean and tidy. They also gave us some very helpful advice and design ideas when we were feeling a little overwhelmed by all the decisions. The work quality is excellent and we are very pleased with the results.
