They have the best people working here! We needed to have our car inspected due to a change of province and re-registration. After calling at 10am, we were able to make an appointment at 11am. Within half an hour our car was successfully inspected and we were on time for our scheduled appointment at 12:00 p.m. This is not how any centre in Vancouver or any other province works. Very fast, professional and courteous workers! Thank you very much!

On one Sunday, I was driving from Victoria to Nanaimo when the clutch on my standard gear vehicle started to die, slowing my vehicle to 40-60km/h. A truck behind me also turned his hazard lights on letting the traffic know what's going on and protecting me at the same time. I pulled over and a gentleman came out asking me what's wrong with the car. I explained to him what's going on and after he checked the oil, brakes, belts, any leaks, said it's probably a clutch issue. He recommended Millenium Auto Repair. My friend’s car broke down while we were on our way to the ferry (80km away though). We had a tow truck towing us but with traffic we wouldn’t make our Canada Tire appointment. With only an hour notice Ben said that he would be willing to check out our car and change the fan belt. We got there and were out in about 2hrs. Ben was accommodating, nice and made sure to get the proper belt for our vehicle. Honestly saved our butts!
