The store and delivery experience are second to none, just a great place to shop. The communication after purchase was also excellent, can only highly recommend the Parksville store!
We recently purchased a queen bed frame and had it delivered and built for us. We were on a budget so we purchased the simple Nippon bed frame, and we are happy with it. It has a nice simple look and is quite sturdy. The delivery and building of the bed was quick and went smoothly. The lady who helped us at the store was very nice and was happy to help us even though we showed up at the store quite late.
I was just in and was assisted by Dennis. He was very informative, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. He was able to help with all my inquiries and I will definitely be back. Thank you!
