Rave to the two women working at Iris Optical Nanaimo today. I came in with a broken frame and a scratched lens and they were able to get me a new frame on the spot, saving me from days of squinting. They were friendly and helpful and had a lovely vibe to boot. I always get such good service from the folks at Iris.
Fantastic customer service, friendly, fast service. Very helpful with ordering in the sunglasses I wanted, sourcing my prescription from the mainland and even went above and beyond with refitting my current, older glasses. Very impressed and will absolutely be back.
Adding in - every time I go I’m so impressed!! The drs are fantastic, the staff in incredible, it’s such a friendly and welcoming place.
I've been to several IRIS locales as I've moved slowly west across BC and while all have been good, the downtown Nanaimo location is a star amongst them. The staff is so very helpful, very inclusive, aware of budgets, and the optomitrists patient and understanding.
As my disability has worsened, they've found ways to work with me to make sure my eye health is top notch. 13/10
