I went in hoping to purchase a screw to fix a pair of sunglasses. Rose greeted me with a smile at the reception desk and offered to fix the issue for me, taking time to find and properly insert the missing piece as well as the fallen out lens. She also noticed that a nose pad was missing and replaced it. The service was prompt and at no cost. I left impressed by professional and positive customer service and overjoyed to have my favourite pair of glasses back. Looking forward to returning to pick out a new pair of glasses. Very professional and knowledgeable staff and a beautiful range of frames. Andrew just repaired a pair of glasses I bought there 3 years ago... quickly, efficiently and perfectly and at no cost. I will definitely be going back for my next pair. Just wish they had parking!
