The atmosphere here makes it easy to stay consistent. The staff are friendly, the facility is always clean, and there’s a huge amount of equipment so you don’t have to wait for anything. I can actually focus on my workouts instead of working around crowds or busy machines.
What really stands out though is the sense of community. That’s hard to find in a gym, and it makes a big difference when you’re building a routine and sticking with it. 💪
I have been going to HCF since November 2025. I was nervous at first and having the ladies only section upstairs really helped me transition into a new environment. Bart and Eva are amazing and make you feel so welcomed and are willing to answer any questions to help you reach your fitness goals. Now you can find me in all areas, as everyone who attends seems so friendly, helpful and encouraging! I utilize many of the services offered here including tanning and the infrared sauna.
Fantastic kind respectful knowledgeable staff. They one lady at the front (sorry don’t refer name) but she gave us a tour of the facility and before committing to a gym she respected and supported us looking at other gyms before we made a decision. Ultimately HCF was the one that was chose for many reasons. The facility is massive so the equipment options were best suited for our needs, and honestly the staff made you feel like you’re a part of a family. You feel so welcome there, so anyone new and scared to try, just go for a consult and I’m confident you will be happy here.
