My suite at Arbutus Nanaimo was flooded by a ruptured line going to the sprinkler system , and water came through the ceiling ,flooded the kitchen, part of the living room., the spare bathroom, the coat closet , my laundry room ... First General came within a out a. Hour or less, Ryan Hill the supervisor , was so kind and professional and let us know exactly what needed to.be done .Hi team were multiple people .. they were all amazing , they packed up everything and put it all away in safe areas .They have worked tirelessly to get those of us who have been displaced back to our home.I would recommend First General highly , I don't know everyone's name ,... read full review

Amber and Sam spent all day doing major mold remediation on the old metal clad windows in our house . They were punctual , they were polite and respectful of our place , and they were extremely skilled in their labours . They have completely resolved our issues . I highly recommend this team , we could not be happier with their efforts . Big thank you to Ryan as well ; he initially did the walk through , he was very respectful of our sensitivities to strong odours in the solutions used , and he was the one who selected Amber and Sam for our place .
