Great service! We had never used before but Georgina fit my mom in on really short notice as she had company coming - her and the two other girls with her were fantastic, they all did a great job in really good time and my mom already wants to have them back another time to do a deeper clean of walls and baseboards - they are kind and efficient with a good work ethic, we are very happy with them!
Georgina and her team were wonderful, efficient, and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond including cleaning outside windows that I had said they didn't need to worry about. They completed our move-out clean quickly without compromising on quality. They also very generously offered us a discount on their rates given the difficult circumstances we were dealing with. I would highly recommend Royal Maid to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company in Nanaimo.
