On the Friday before the Labour Day long weekend discovered water dripping from my Daikin air unit. Called them at 2:00pm expecting I would have to wait until the following week but they had a tech returning from a job who was at the house an hour later. Fixed the minor issue and we enjoyed cool air during the weekend. How do you beat that for service? Outstanding customer service.

I have had an ongoing AC problem that we thought was thermostat related. Byran's replaced the thermostat for me but the problem persisted. I called them, a little frustrated, and they were kind, responsive and determined to solve the issue. They came immediately back out and discovered it was the compressor the entire time - this was replaced within a day and we have not had a problem since. Best part was they managed to cover everything under warranty - even changing the thermostat! Thank you Byran's!

When i called Bryan's Mechanical for a service call they responded professionally and quickly. The tech,Geoff, noted an issue that was covered under warranty and had the minisplit ordered and installed in a day. Unfortunately one of the parts didn't fit so the techs need to come back for final install, but they have done everything possible to solve the situation. I am fully impressed with every one involved. Would definitely recommend Bryan's Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC services. My original installer recommended Bryan's as he was unavailable. I am happy he did, and for having an excellent warranty experience.
