Bowen has serviced our car twice now and both times shown great knowledge and fairness. They didn't charge anything for a ten min bulb installation for our first time using their services which I appreciated because some shops will still charge you for half hour. So after my partner went to another shop and they were trying to upcharge to 2k I knew we needed to go back to them. Turned out to be a $500 job.
It's hard to find good, quick mechanics who are honest, unfortunately, but I believe these guys are! Thank you!

Very happy with the brake job they recently completed. These fellows are real mechanics who are very experienced and can think outside the box, which is hard to find these days. No surprises regarding repair quote... a big plus :) We'll be back!
