Just received my bill for work on my fireplace and heat pump, and was pleasantly surprised. The original call was to inspect the heat pump and just change the batteries in the fireplace. The latter led to a significant problem in that the fireplace was not igniting properly, and the possible repair could be very expensive. When the technician returned with two replacement parts, he said that if we were lucky, one of them would solve the problem, and it was the least expensive solution. We were lucky!!!!

out of 3 companies, this was only one that did not try to upsell. Sales team (Rebecca) was knowledgable and and recommended the product our home needed--not the larger more expensive models offered by others.--also kept us informed of available rebates...installation--very competent (in a very old house)--dealt with all issues that arose due to age of building and adhered to quoted price without issue.. I would definitely recommend BLUE FLAME

Blue Flame recently installed a heat pump in our home. The installation went smoothly and they were very helpful answering all our questions about the new system replacing our old gas furnace.
