I had an amazing experience buying a cell phone here and getting on a plan. Alex Ochs was the representative that helped me in finding exactly what I needed. He was so patient and professional as well as looked for the best rates for me. He took the time to make sure I was happy and added in some extra things for my phone that I appreciate so much. I am so happy that I came to Best Buy and had Alex help me. I could not be happier with the service I received. Thank you so very much.

Nail in mobile & smart living was awesome. Respectful, knowledgeable, prompt and most importantly, he got me what I needed. Good guy, I'll definitely be making him my go to for my electronics.
