The other day I came into the store to buy a top up card for Chatr at the phone counter.
I was trying to transfer my daughters cell phone plan onto mine as chatr is a terrible cell phone provider with zero customer service. Have to go to a proper store to even get your account number to transfer.
The guy at the Bell booth in the mall didn’t seem interested in contacting them to fix the problem of a text going through, so we could make the switch.
Anyways, I got fantastic help from a gentleman named Liam (at least I think that’s his name), saved me $40 and called chatr 4 times for us, as the calls kept dropping, and the general public can’t just call. Helped...read full review
