I called Blair for a deficiency walkthrough for a pre-sale condo unit, but because of the time restriction for the inspection by the developer, we couldn't get Blair to conduct the inspection and had to do it ourselves. Even though he didn't get the job, Blair still spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me, educated me on what to look for and things to check. Blair went above and beyond for me during this home buying process. Not only did he provide a detailed and thorough inspection, he also made a courtesy visit on a LONG WEEKEND when there was undisclosed water damage found shortly before the possession date to confirm damages.
