I'm a carpenter and an avid mountain biker. I was looking for a holistic approach to remedy my neck pain and ongoing injuries. I found Alfred on google, and he introduced me to the world of traditional Chinese medicine. Previously, I had been doing just acupuncture to help with my body maintenance. Alfred has introduced me to the whole realm of TCM. He is very knowledgable in many practices that encompass TCM. He has sped up my recovery times substantially so I can keep doing what I love, as well as brought a new outlook to the preservation of my body and spirit.
