Had a really lovely Goldilocks yoga class with Kristi while staying in town. It was such a lovely practice, and she is such a lovely soul! I felt so held in the space with her and the other students, I so wish my town had a class like this, and with this energy! So beautiful ❤️Namaste ?

A peaceful and welcoming studio amidst this oasis that is the town of Nakusp. Koots Roots is not just a yoga studio, but a warm and supportive community of wonderful people where it doesn't matter if you are a local to the area or just visiting town, taking in a class or two (or ten) here is never time wasted.
