A really great gym for a visit while traveling! Logan was very friendly and inviting, and with a phone call has set me up for drop-in visits each time I come to Nakusp. A really great facility! I do a good bit of travel with work and have found the gyms I get to be hit or miss. Discipline has everything you need, plus great rates for the day. Would recommend!

Our travel brought us to this gem of a #weightlifting gym #spontaneous stop to get out of the car to move. Decided on a workout to break things up.
