To the final removal, replacement and installations from Chris & Patrick on-site. The whole experience was extremely professional and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received at our new home from Tap 2 Drain.

A couple weeks ago, Shane came to our home to replace a fill assembly on one of our toilets. His work was professional and quick. It took him a very short amount of time to remove the old assembly and install/test the new one.
After he left, I had a question regarding the amount of the water in the bowl after each flush. He was still in the area so the dispatcher had him stop by to answer my question 'in-person'--VERY IMPRESSIVE!!
I call on Tap2Drain for all of my plumbing needs!!

We had a sewer backup in our basement utility closet. I called Tap to Drain at 10am hoping someone could come soon.
Leanne at Tap 2 Drain said she would try to get someone to come and help us ASAP. She called us back and said she was able to get a technician to come around 1pm the same day.
Shane arrived as promised and spent two hours dealing with the problem. I was impressed with Shane's competence and overall good humour as he went about diagnosing the problem and dealing with it. He was in a word 'excellent' and a pleasure to deal with.
